I want to filter the information by a set of criteria and remove out unnecessary information

My data set is 2.2 million rows of transactions and when the information is filtered through it is closer to a few hundred thousand. I would like to filter work with the few hundred thousand data instead of the larger data set . Tips?

@jkingcrow21 I believe you are looking for the Remove Rows functionality. With the Remove Rows tool you could select all the rows that you do not need and remove them.

In your case, it looks like you know what you want. So, you can use the filtergram to select all those you want and then use the "Invert" option in the filtergram to invert the selection. Then the remove rows tool will help you remove them.
